Fiesta Essentials (“we”, “us”, “our”) cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it and your rights. It applies to our website (glowenoor.skin), orders placed on the site, communications (WhatsApp, email), and purchases at our official channels.

Order & Transaction: products ordered, order history, discounts used, transaction IDs, payment status.
Payment: for prepaid orders we collect payment via third-party gateways (we do NOT store card numbers). For COD we only store the payment method and status.
Device & Usage: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, cookies, referral URL, timestamps, performance metrics.
Communications: chats, emails, support tickets, feedback, WhatsApp messages and any photos you send for returns/verification.
Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to receive promotional messages.

C. Discounts & Promotions (NEW)
Types of discounts: percentage discounts (e.g., 30% off), fixed-amount discounts, coupon codes, prepayment discounts (e.g., extra 10% for online pay).
Application: Discounts are applied at checkout either automatically or via coupon code. If multiple discounts are active, our system will apply discounts according to the specific promotion rules (some offers are non-stackable).
Validity & expiry: All discounts/coupons have start/end dates and may be limited to certain SKUs, geographic regions, or customers. We will display expiry and terms on the product or checkout screen.
Refunds & discounts: Refunds are processed on the actual amount paid. If a discount was applied and a refund is issued, refund amount = amount paid after discount. If the promotion required prepayment extra discount and customer cancels post-delivery for reasons within our return policy, refund will follow the policy (may be full refund to original payment method or store credit depending on the case).
Abuse prevention: We may block or void discounts in suspected fraudulent or abusive cases (multiple accounts, chargebacks).
Data processing for discounts: We log which discounts were used (coupon code, time) to prevent reuse/abuse and to analyze promotion performance.
D. Sharing & third parties
We will never sell personal data. We may share data with:
Logistics/delivery partners to fulfil orders.
Payment processors (PCI-compliant) to process payments.
Marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram) only if you consent to targeted ads.
